Contact Centre World names Teledirect as Singapore’s Industry Champion
NEVADA, USA – Teledirect Singapore was named “The Corporate Industry Champion” of Singapore at the Contact Centre World Awards gala and dinner.
The Global Association for Contact Centre and Customer Engagement Best Practices’ annual gala celebrates the best in the contact centre industry worldwide. Teledirect received the award with the highest number of votes from ‘in-country’ contact centre professionals for playing a key role in helping shape and develop the industry not only through innovation, but through services, exceptional leadership and education in the sector. Two years earlier, Teledirect was 2014’s recipient of the association’s gold award for the Best Large Outsourced Contact Centre.
Angie Tay, Teledirect Singapore’s Country Director – a highly respected industry leader was also recognised for her contribution to the trade. She received “The Individual Industry Champion Award” for positively influencing the growth and development of the contact centre industry in Singapore.
