Overview

Responsibilities

  • Ensures overall satisfaction through the coordination and execution of all client deliverables
  • Provides managerial and strategic guidance to the development of best practices for Client Services as well as cross-functionally with other operational teams
  • Works with clients to establish best practices which meet client needs and address any prioritization issues that may arise across projects
  • Ensures that client and project requirements are being met by meeting on a regular basis with project teams
  • Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and serves as point of escalation when necessary
  • Instills confidence with the client and serves as high-quality service delivery offering.
  • Manages and reports to Director on project, budget and financial status.
  • Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities
  • Prepare marketing plans, project timeline and creative solutions
  • Providing direction and project management leadership to achieve the project target
  • Able to identify the project needs and exceed client expectations
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadline

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experiences in Clients Services Manager and Strong in Client Services Management experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage and develop a team of many Project Managers
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high- pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing work priorities and client demands
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
