Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dealing with customers by email;
  • Work closely with other departments and team members to maintain high level of service

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English;
  • Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing would be an added advantage;
  • HK resident or valid working visa is a definite advantage;
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express

Working Hours

  • Required to work under work calendar of specific country
  • 5 days work – Monday to Friday (including Public Holiday)
  • Shift duty required – 07:00 to 21:00 , 8 working hours )
