• Build strong working relationship with the business partners i:e identify business opportunities challenges and grow their business further
  • Update partners on marketing campaigns, promotions new product releases and sell the features and benefits of client’s products
  • Solicit market intelligence and analysis on the respective market
  • Accountable for resolving partner issues, proposing solutions and escalating challenges to reach the required resolution
  • Identifying/qualifying the leads opportunity, update their profiles and then deliver quality leads to field channel sales
  • Adhering to the internal company or external customer procedures and policies
  • Responsible for meeting productivity & revenue targets on a weekly, monthly quarterly and annual basis


  • Minimum academic qualification: Degree/Diploma.
  • Languages required: English & Vietnamese
  • This position is to support Hanoi Territory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via telephone
  • Highly motivated and excellent team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Experience in contact center will be an added advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work In Kuala Lumpur
