Overview

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dealing customers by Online Chat System or email;
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiries;
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge;
  • Work closely with other departments and team members to maintain high level of service;
  • Required to maintain typing level of performance both in Chinese and English;
  • Ability to communicate via online chat in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Faster typer – MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English;
  • Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing would be an added advantage;
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express

Working Hours

  • 6-day work – Monday to Saturday (including Public Holiday)
  • 09:00 to 18:00
  • 8 working hours required
